Responsibilities

  • Own strategic account growth for a defined set of Neocloud and Enterprise customers by developing and executing multiyear account plans aligned with Credo’s AI, networking, and optical interconnect roadmap.
  • Drive system level solution adoption by engaging customers on rack scale, scale up, and scale out architectures, positioning Credo’s silicon and optical connectivity as critical enablers of AI infrastructure performance and efficiency.
  • Build and sustain executive and technical relationships across C suite, architecture, engineering, and supply chain stakeholders, establishing Credo as a trusted strategic partner.
  • Lead complex, design win driven sales cycles from early architectural influence through qualification and production, creating and managing a robust opportunity and design win funnel.
  • Translate customer requirements into internal priorities by working closely with engineering, product management, and marketing to align roadmaps, resources, and execution.
  • Coordinate cross functional execution across quality, operations, supply chain, finance, and legal to ensure successful program delivery and high customer satisfaction.
  • Provide market and competitive intelligence by staying current on AI infrastructure trends, customer architectures, and competitive solutions, and feeding actionable insights back into Credo’s strategy.
  • Act as the voice of the customer internally, delivering structured feedback to product and business teams to influence product direction and go to market decisions.
  • Deliver accurate forecasting and pipeline visibility, including clear assessment of risks, timing, and upside, with regular communication to senior leadership.
  • Negotiate and close strategic agreements, including pricing, supply commitments, and long-term commercial structures, to meet or exceed revenue and growth objectives.

Qualifications

  • 10 years of experience in strategic or global account management within semiconductors, connectivity, systems, or AI infrastructure–adjacent technologies.
  • Demonstrated success selling into Neocloud, hyperscale, or large enterprise customers, owning complex, design win driven revenue engagements.
  • Executive level selling and influence skills, with a proven ability to engage C-suite, senior technical leadership, and supply chain decision makers.
  • Strong technical fluency in semiconductor and system architectures, including AI infrastructure, high speed interfaces, optics, memory, or networking subsystems.
  • Proven ability to manage long, complex sales cycles, from early architectural engagement through qualification, production, and expansion.
  • Effective cross functional leadership, navigating large organizations and aligning engineering, product, operations, and commercial teams to win and deliver.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical discipline preferred; equivalent industry experience considered.
