Position Details:
- Hours: 15-25 hours per week
- Schedule:
Weekdays: Monday–Friday
Start times vary between 11:00 am – 1:00 pm
Standard end time of 7:15 pm
- Weekends:
Saturday 8:45 am – 4:45 pm
Sunday 12:45 pm – 4:45 pm
- Flexibility required for evenings and rotating weekends
- Weekly hours may vary based on availability
Compensation and Benefits:
- Starting pay: $15.00/hour
- Raise available after 30-days ( performance-based)
- Promotion opportunity after 90-days (performance-based)
- Monthly Teller Bonus eligibility
- 401k plan with an excellent employer match
Eligible at age 18 after 90 days of employment
What You'll Do
- Process teller transactions including:
Deposits, withdrawals, transfers, loan payments, cash advances, and check cashing
- Answer member questions courteously, promptly and accurately
- Assist with additional duties as needed to support branch operations
What We're Looking For
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Ability to pass a background and credit check
- Friendly, dependable, and customer-focused attitude
