Collections Specialist
Credit Systems International, Inc. (CSII) is looking for motivated, dependable, and goal-oriented individuals to join our team as Collections Specialists at our Fort Worth office.

Position Details
- Pay: $17.00–$19.00 per hour, based on experience
- Uncapped Monthly Performance Bonus
- Monthly Attendance Bonus
- Full-Time, Monday–Friday
- On-Site Position – Fort Worth, TX
- No Weekends!
- Available schedules include 8:00 AM–5:00 PM and 8:30 AM–5:30 PM
What You'll Do
As a Collections Specialist, you will work directly with consumers to understand their individual circumstances and help identify appropriate solutions for resolving outstanding accounts.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Handling inbound and outbound consumer calls
- Working with consumers to identify payment solutions
- Negotiating payment arrangements and account resolutions
- Accurately documenting account activity
- Processing payments and maintaining accurate account information
- Following company policies and all applicable collection and compliance requirements
- Meeting individual and team performance expectations
- Providing professional and respectful customer service during every interaction
What We're Looking For

- Able to manage multiple accounts and priorities
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced call center environment
- Able to learn and follow policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
- Positive team players who are open to coaching and feedback
Previous collections or call center experience is a plus, but we encourage candidates with strong customer service, sales, negotiation, or other relevant experience to apply.
