What are the responsibilities and job description for the Senior Recruiter (On-Site) position at Credit One Bank?
Description
Position Summary
Credit One Bank is seeking an experienced Senior Recruiter to manage full-cycle recruiting across a diverse portfolio of positions, ranging from campus and early-career talent through professional, highly specialized, leadership, and executive-level roles.
The Senior Recruiter will operate out of our Las Vegas headquarters, as a full-desk recruiter, owning the recruiting lifecycle from intake and talent-market strategy through sourcing, assessment, offer negotiation, closing, and onboarding transition. This individual will partner closely with hiring managers and senior leaders to understand current and future talent needs, develop effective search strategies, and deliver high-quality talent in a competitive marketplace.
The successful candidate will bring demonstrated experience recruiting across multiple functions and organizational levels and will be equally comfortable developing an early-career pipeline, conducting a targeted search for a difficult-to-fill professional role, and engaging passive senior-level or executive talent.
This role requires strong business acumen, sourcing expertise, candidate assessment skills, executive presence, urgency, and the ability to influence hiring decisions while providing an exceptional candidate and hiring-manager experience.
Summary Of Essential Job Functions
We may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support parts of the hiring process, such as reviewing applications, analyzing resumes, or assessing responses. These tools assist our recruitment team but do not replace human judgment. Final hiring decisions are ultimately made by humans.
