Summary Of Essential Job Functions
- Follow policies, procedures and use sound judgment in reviewing and assigning all different types of correspondence to the appropriate departments.
- Action highly Regulatory processes on Card Member accounts with a high level of accuracy.
- Continuously evaluate and identify opportunities to drive process improvements that positively impact the customer’s experience.
- Highly developed sense of integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Receive and respond to verbal and written directions from supervisory personnel.
- Commit to performing job duties in a manner that ensures a safe work environment.
- Willingly and cooperatively perform other related duties as assigned by management.
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule and occasional overtime when needed.
- Entry-level administrative/clerical role. Prior customer service experience preferred.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing.
