Position Summary
The FP&A Financial Analyst will be responsible for the creation and maintenance of Treasury and Finance dashboards, performing deep dive analysis on customer payment behavior, and supporting ad hoc analyses as needed. The successful candidate will be a well-organized self-starter with an ability to manage multiple priorities at once and is able to draw meaningful conclusions from their analysis. This position requires a good understanding of financial analysis, database management, data mining tools, and BI reporting.

Summary Of Essential Job Functions
- Assist in the migration of existing reports and processes over to Snowflake
- Design and implement automated data flows
- Gather requirements and develop BI dashboards to provide end users with self-service data solutions
- Develop automated diagnostic tools and dashboards to identify data anomalies
- Analyze raw data to build meaningful analysis, draw insights, and present findings
- Communicate trends and findings to team members, upper management, and various stakeholders via department meetings with PowerPoint presentations on a monthly and quarterly basis.
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, Economics or related field
- 5 years work experience in Finance, Analytics, or similar role in a professional corporate environment
- Advanced use of: Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, and SQL
- Strong skillset within Tableau and/or PowerBI
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Ability to prioritize projects, work independently, deal with ambiguity, handle tight deadlines, and achieve effective results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Experience analyzing large data sets, developing recommendations, and simplifying for presentation
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work well with various departments and teammates
- Constant desire to learn and grow
- Advanced degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or Mathematics
- Experience using Snowflake
- Project Managed skills
