Position Summary
The Information Management Leadership Program (IMLP) is a two-year rotational program that allows recent college graduates to work in technical roles at Credit One Bank. After selecting a domain, associates will spend three, eight-month rotations within various IT teams. The IT domains include Development, Infrastructure, Quality Engineering, and Data Strategy. In addition to on-the-job learning through time spent in their rotations, associates will be equipped with the technical and soft skills training to develop into top-tier IT talent for the company.

Position Requirements
- Must be a recent graduate (July 2024 - July 2025) and have completed a Bachelor's Degree in computer science, information systems, information technology, software engineering, cybersecurity, or a related field by July 2025.
- Minimum 3.0 GPA in pursuit of Bachelor’s Degree.
- Must be willing to work onsite in Las Vegas, NV.
- Previous work experience in financial services/consumer credit card industry.
- Previous work experience in information technology.

Goals Of The Program
- Provide the technical and soft-skills training for IMLP associates to become well-integrated into Credit One Bank’s culture and to add value to the IT organization.
- Expand the associates’ network to senior leadership to position themselves for a long-term trajectory at Credit One Bank.
- Foster camaraderie and team-building between IMLP cohort members as they engage on a two-year journey together.
