Position Summary
The Business Continuity Analyst is responsible for assisting in the development, maintenance, and implementation of the integrated resiliency program for Credit One Bank. This position plans risk assessments to identify hazards, threats, and vulnerabilities that could impact the Bank's operations. Additionally, they participate in businesses impact analyses, implement system resiliency strategies, provide disaster and business continuity training, and execute incident response and business continuity procedures.

Summary Essential Job Functions
- Assist in the development, design, and implementation of strategies to mitigate risks
- Communicates, manages, and leads activities associated with the recovery of critical business functions in the event of a disaster
- Participates in the development of corporate level policy and procedures
- Assist in the oversight of all programmatic details of the Bank’s Organizational Resiliency Program
- Works with department leadership to coordinate emergency management and business continuity deliverables (plans, procedures, etc.)
- Documents After Action Reports (AAR)/Improvement Plans (IP) for actual events and exercises
- Performs other duties as assigned per management
- Participate in on-call rotation
- 3 years relevant experience in business continuity & incident management.
- Bachelor’s degree in risk management, business administration or related field.
- Experience in designing and facilitating tabletop or functional exercises
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with emergency management exercise design, training and program management
- Experience in project management
- Knowledge of relevant frameworks (e.g. HSEEP, ITIL, NIST, ISO 22301)
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suites
- Completion of FEMA Professional Development Series
- Certified Associate Business Continuity Professional (ABCP)
