What You�ll Do
As a Patient Account Representative, you will:
- Contact patients regarding outstanding account balances
- Explain insurance payments and patient responsibility in a clear, professional manner
- Assist patients in setting up payment arrangements and identifying resolution options
- Update account records with detailed notes and call outcomes
- Work collaboratively to resolve billing and account inquiries
