Schedule & Location
- Location: Grand Island, NE (In-office position)
- Schedule: Monday Friday
- Hours: 8:00 a.m. 4:30 p.m.
Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive pay up to $18 per hour commissions, based on experience

Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative, you will:
- Provide professional and courteous customer service over the phone
- Communicate with consumers regarding account information and payment options
- Follow approved communication guidelines and company procedures
- Assist consumers in establishing payment arrangements and identifying payment solutions
- Maintain accurate customer records and document call activity thoroughly
- Complete assigned duties with accuracy, professionalism, and attention to detail
Qualifications & Skills
Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Basic computer and typing skills
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple systems and tasks efficiently
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Strong attention to detail and professionalism
- Dependable with a strong work ethic and consistent attendance
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous customer service experience
- Call center, office, or collections experience
- Experience with Microsoft Outlook and phone systems
Work Enviroment
This position is performed in a professional, climate-controlled office environment and involves extended periods of phone communication, computer use, typing, and desk work.
