Key Responsibilities
- Assist in managing day-to-day revenue cycle operations for self-pay accounts
- Oversee patient billing, payment processing, and account follow-up
- Monitor accounts receivable and reduce outstanding balances
- Support collection strategies while maintaining excellent customer service
- Handle escalated account issues and work toward timely resolution
- Analyze reports to identify trends, aging accounts, and opportunities for improvement
- Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable billing regulations
- Train, support, and guide team members to meet performance goals
- 2�5 years of experience in revenue cycle, billing, collections, or healthcare finance (self-pay experience preferred)
- Strong understanding of patient billing and collections processes
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to handle sensitive financial conversations professionally
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
- Experience with billing software and account management systems preferred
- Prior leadership or supervisory experience is a plus
