Role Description
This is a part-time hybrid role for a Mortgage Loan Officer located in Boca Ratón, FL, with the flexibility to work from home on occasion. The Mortgage Loan Officer will be responsible for guiding customers through the mortgage loan process, including analyzing financial information, providing loan options, and assisting with the preparation and submission of loan applications. The role also involves maintaining strong relationships with clients and ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations in the mortgage lending industry.
Qualifications
- Experience and knowledge in Loan Officers, Mortgage Industry, and Mortgage Lending
- Strong skills in Underwriting processes and procedures
- Proven ability to deliver excellent Customer Service and build positive relationships with clients
- Ability to analyze financial documents and communicate loan options clearly
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in mortgage software systems and basic computer skills
- State licensing as a Mortgage Loan Officer or willingness to obtain relevant certifications
- Prior experience in a hybrid or remote work environment is a plus
