The Opportunity
At our company, a fast-paced and growing financial services company, you will be a key member of the accounting team, supporting day-to-day operations and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial records. This role includes ownership of accounts payable and expense report processing, along with business-specific activities. This role also provides the opportunity to support the month-end close process and daily treasury activities.

This is a hands-on role within a dynamic, collaborative team, offering a hybrid work schedule and a culture that balances high performance with a fun, engaging atmosphere.
What You Will Do:
- Process accounts payable transactions and expense reports
- Maintain vendor records and support payment processing
- Participate in month-end and year-end close processes
- Perform bank reconciliations
- Support business-specific activities
- Assist with audits and tax preparation
- Support ad hoc accounting and finance projects
Who You Are:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
- 0–2 years of accounting experience
- Basic understanding of accounting principles (GAAP)
- Experience with Excel with a desire to learn more
- Curious and open to leveraging AI and new technologies to improve how work gets done
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Analytical with solid problem-solving skills
- Able to work both independently and collaboratively
- Effective communicator with strong organizational skills
