Are you a skilled contractor or handyman looking to make a real impact in your community? Credence Contracting Services Co is seeking motivated and experienced professionals to join our growing team in property preservation and maintenance throughout GA state.
We partner with national property preservation companies to ensure vacant or distressed properties are secure, clean, and in conveyance condition. If you take pride in high-quality work and timely project completion, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
Remove debris, trash, and personal items from properties
Perform lawn care, landscaping, and seasonal services (e.g., grass cut)
Secure properties by changing locks, boarding up windows, or replacing doors
Winterize properties to prevent damage from freezing temperatures
Handle minor repairs (roof, walls, plumbing, electrical, HVAC)
Conduct inspections and document property conditions with before, during, and after photos
Complete all work orders by the assigned deadlines
Requirements:
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Own and be able to operate standard tools and equipment
Detail-oriented and committed to quality workmanship
Able to work independently and efficiently
Must have valid SSN/EIN/ABC Number
