Requirements:
- Own tools, reliable transportation, and (if applicable) a crew
- Proven experience in residential maintenance or renovations
- Strong communication and attention to detail
- Ability to meet deadlines and follow scopes
- Familiarity with mobile apps/work order platforms
- General Liability Insurance (preferred)
- Must have GC License
