What are the responsibilities and job description for the Operations Coordinator - Hybrid position at Creativities Studio?
Creativities Studio is seeking a full time Operations Coordinator with a hybrid schedule based in or around Boston, MA. They should be well-organized, detail oriented, and comfortable with fast paced startup culture (willing to adapt to changes and unafraid of challenges).

Schedule: Monday - Friday 9 AM - 6 PM
Hybrid (2-3 days in the field per week)
Location: Boston, MA (or surrounding suburbs)
Responsibilities:
- Manage specific territories where we have partner schools - MA, TX, FL and IL to start. Potential for additional territories as we grow.
- Recruit, interview, and hire instructors when needed
- Manage and coordinate supplies, calendar, and logistics with all instructors
- Send weekly and monthly updates for all classes
- Weekly school visits to partner schools
- Complete research projects and other special projects as needed
- Maintain professionalism and strict confidentiality with all materials
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree
- 2-3 years of experience in logistics & operations
- Proficient in Google Suite - Sheets, Docs, Slides
- Experience in managing multiple priorities, coordination, and logistics
- Well-organized, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task with great follow-up skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of information related to the company and its employees
- Strong time-management skills and an ability to organize and coordinate multiple concurrent projects
10 PTO days & 13 Paid Holidays are provided
Salary Range: $58-60K
Salary : $58,000 - $60,000
