We’re looking for a full-time Social Media Marketing Strategist to join our team — someone who is creative, sharp, highly organized, and deeply accountable. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves both strategy and execution, and wants to play a meaningful role inside a growing agency.
This is a client-facing role. You will not just be creating content — you will be owning accounts, guiding strategy, communicating with clients, analyzing performance, and helping move brands forward.
You will manage a portfolio of client accounts and take full ownership of the social media marketing process from start to finish.
This includes:
- Building monthly social media strategy for multiple client accounts
- Creating content calendars and planning content in advance
- Writing captions, hooks, CTAs, and strategic messaging
- Creating or directing reels, carousels, story sets, and other social assets
- Reviewing content for brand alignment, clarity, and performance potential
- Pulling analytics and turning data into recommendations
- Preparing monthly status updates and leading strategy calls with clients
- Managing ongoing communication with clients via Slack and other channels
- Responding to last-minute requests and shifting priorities with professionalism
- Collaborating with internal team members while still operating independently
- Thinking proactively about what is working, what is not, and what needs to change

We’re open to different backgrounds, but strong candidates will likely have experience in some combination of:
- Social media strategy
- Content planning and execution
- Copywriting

- Video editing and/or graphic design
- Agency, freelance, in-house, or brand-side marketing
- Experience with tools like Canva, Meta Business Suite, Rella, ClickUp, Google Drive, and AI tools is helpful.
- Salary range: $55,000–$60,000
