Responsibilities
- Perform landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, trimming, pruning, planting, and fertilizing to ensure healthy growth and visual appeal of gardens and lawns
- Operate a variety of grounds maintenance equipment such as lawnmowers, power tools, and irrigation systems safely and efficiently
- /- Install and repair hardscape features like pathways, patios, retaining walls, and other outdoor structures to enhance landscape design
- Maintain safety protocols during all outdoor work activities to ensure a secure working environment for yourself and team members
- Assist with seasonal tasks such as snow plowing to keep properties safe and attractive year-round
Qualifications
- Proven outdoor work experience with a strong understanding of landscape maintenance and groundskeeping techniques
- Mechanical knowledge of landscaping equipment, hand tools, power tools, and specialized machinery like excavators or snow plow
- Construction experience or familiarity with hardscape installation is a plus
- Excellent attention to safety protocol adherence during all tasks to prevent accidents or injuries
- Strong physical stamina with the ability to perform manual labor outdoors in various weather conditions
