What are the responsibilities and job description for the Home Staging Professional position at Creative Staging Inc.?
Extremely busy, established (since 2002) and well-regarded, design-driven Home Staging company seeks highly competent, presentable, intelligent, team and detail-oriented freelance professional to join our expanding firm on residential Staging projects primarily in Bucks and Montgomery County areas. Our warehouse is in Warminstet PA and we primarily Stage houses in Bucks County with a few in Eastern Montgomery County. We are an extremely fast-paced company with constant tight deadlines. Candidates must be highly organized, self-motivated, able to multi-task and professional with a VERY FLEXIBLE schedule -- no two weeks are the same and number of hours will vary, usually between 10 - 25 each week. Availability required Monday through Friday 9:30-3:30-ish with absolutely no weekends. If you have a full-time job, are not local, do not have a flexible schedule, cannot work the days/hours specified, or live more than 15 or so miles away from Warminster PA, please do not respond. And due to a potential conflict of interest, I cannot hire a licensed Real Estate agent. Requirements: Strong organizational skills, great people skills, ability to work under tight deadlines, a flair for design, and most important -- a GREAT SENSE OF HUMOR and a willingness to join an amazing team of Stagers in the fast-paced field of Home Staging.
