Customer Engagement Representative – Home Depot Stores
Are you outgoing and comfortable talking to new people all day? Join our in-store marketing team inside local Home Depot stores, where you’ll engage shoppers and invite them to schedule a FREE in-home water quality test.
About the role
- Greet Home Depot shoppers and start friendly conversations.
- Briefly explain our free in-home water test and why it matters for their home.
- Schedule appointments for our water specialists to visit the customer’s home.
- Represent our company professionally while working inside assigned Home Depot locations.
What we’re looking for
- Self-motivated, confident communicator who enjoys talking to people.
- Extroverted, enthusiastic, and comfortable approaching shoppers.
- Reliable, on-time, and able to follow a simple script and process.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation.
Schedule and availability
- Full-time and Part-time positions available.
- Flexible scheduling with Day and Evening shifts.
- Work days available Monday through Sunday, with at least 4 weekend days per month required.
