PRODUCTION WORKERS- 4 DAY WORK WEEK!

Candidates should be comfortable using various tools, including power tools and hand tools, to complete tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Operate machinery and equipment, power tools
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.
• Identify work priorities
• Utilize hand tools, power tools, during the production process.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines
• Establish and maintain good working relationships with team members
• Will be required to troubleshooting of repairing problems with possible heavy lifting

Experience

• Previous experience in a manufacturing setting is preferred.
• Familiarity with machine operation
• Experience power tools, and hand tools is a plus.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while maintaining individual productivity.

*** Positions are contract-to-hire with hiring bonus

*** 1st shift hiring bonus- $3,000. $1,000 paid after 90 days and $2,000 paid after 180 days

*** 2nd shift hiring bonus- $5,000. $2,000 paid after 90 days and $3,000 paid after180 days
