We are seeking dependable and detail-oriented Production Workers to join our fiberglass production team. This is a hands-on position that requires experience using a variety of hand tools and the ability to follow detailed work instructions while maintaining high quality standards.
We are seeking to add personnel to the following departments:
Cutting and Assembly
Warehouse and Maintenance
Lamination
RTM and Closed Molding
Mat Cutting
Responsibilities
- Assemble and manufacture fiberglass components according to specifications.
- Safely and effectively use hand tools and other shop equipment.
- Measure, cut, trim, sand, and finish fiberglass materials.
- Inspect products to ensure they meet quality standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Follow all company safety policies and production procedures.
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals.
Qualifications
Proven experience using hand tools or other manufacturing equipment is required.
Resume must clearly demonstrate previous experience in a manufacturing, construction, assembly, or similar environment.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
Ability to read and follow work instructions and specifications.
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks, including lifting materials as required.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
