What You’ll Do
Talent Acquisition
- Oversee daily recruiting operations, ensuring timely follow-up, coverage, and performance across Divisional Recruiters and Recruiting Assistants
- Manage lead flow and assign recruiting requests based on workload and priority
- Support full-cycle recruiting for corporate and high-priority roles as needed
- Manage the Student Clinical Program, including contracts and partnerships with educational institutions
- Monitor and report on KPIs (time-to-fill, applicant activity, vacancy trends) using DataIQ, Hireology, and Indeed
- Lead bi-weekly recruiting operations meetings and coordinate staffing plans
- Maintain and improve SOPs for job postings, offers, onboarding handoffs, and candidate communication
- Partner with DVPs, HR, Legal, and Operations to align hiring with business needs
- Supervise and develop team members across the talent acquisition team
- Serve as the primary escalation point for operational issues
- Partner with HR, Finance, Legal, and Operations to ensure alignment and compliance
- Provide regular updates, performance metrics, and staffing insights to the VP
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field required; Master’s degree preferred
- 3 years of progressive experience in talent acquisition, payroll operations, or a combined HR leadership role
- Prior experience in a multi-site or multi-facility healthcare environment strongly preferred
- Experience managing full-cycle recruiting
- Experience with Hireology, Indeed, DataIQ, or comparable ATS systems
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
