Our mission is to deliver superior background investigations and exceptional client service to help employers reduce risk and improve workplace safety and security.Location: Remote in the following states: CT, FL, MA, OH, RI, SC, VA Job Description:In the role of Implementation Specialist, you will own implementation related tasks geared toward ensuring the client experience with CSI creates a lasting partnership. The primary responsibilities of the Implementation Specialist will include driving work related to internal and external custom reporting needs, statistical analysis, implementation of new clients, existing client configuration adjustments, testing of settings and systems workflow management. As an Implementation Specialist you will also become an expert in CSI’s statistical reporting and CRM platforms. This role requires knowledge of CSI’s background investigation standard operating procedures and operational workflows.Responsibilities:Maintain positive internal and external relationships;Be proficient in all elements of background screening services and workflows at CSI including but not limited to: Intake, Investigations, Criminal, International, Compliance and Drug Screening;Creation of new accounts in a timely manner to ensure a smooth client journey at implementation;Configuration of system settings based on both internal and unique client needs; Conduct testing and quality assurance of implemented solutions;Post go-live monitoring of new account set ups as well as existing account changes to ensure quality standards are met;Join educational webinars related to new features and product releases;Assist in project management of new features and system enhancements including; research, configuring, testing, documentation, internal training and monitoring;Serve as a point person for day-to-day communications between CSI and applicable vendors/partners;Serve as a subject matter expert in statistical reporting system and identify areas for improvement in reporting capabilities;Assist in the creation and delivery of ad hoc internal statistical reports including, but not limited to company-wide statistics and KPI’s;Maintain clean and up to date tickets;Ensure CRM tool is up to date and accurate with required information; Create and maintain Standard Operating Procedures;Assist in integration configuration, tracking, testing and research;Troubleshooting of any issues that arise related to applicable systems;Collaborate with Sales, Client Success and Operations to coordinate Implementation activities & workflow enhancements;Participate in internal and external meetings to understand workflow needs and requirements;Foster positive client interactions with day-to-day communication by displaying phone courtesy and email etiquette in response to clients and applicants;Other ad hoc projects related to system and workflow improvement;Requirements for Position: Excellent written and verbal communication skills;Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks;Highly motivated with attention to detail;Critical thinking skills;Capable of working under pressure;Ability to work in a fast-paced atmosphere;Good follow up skills and follow through of tasks to completion;Ability to solve problems; Able to work independently and/or in a team environment;Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office;Proficiency in CSI’s operating platformsAble to meet deadlines.Education/Experience: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is preferred.Two (2) years of prior experience in background screening industry is preferred.Two (2) years of prior experience in Customer Service is preferred.
