We're seeking a part-time (up to 20 hrs/wk) Account Manager (Salesperson), on a contract basis to book and close new clients, and nurture ongoing client relationships


The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, with a quality over quantity mindset, and will be able to appropriately identify the needs of both new and current clients, and aid clients in their success using our graphic design, branding, and website development services. This will be done by developing clear communication with clients and internal team members to better understand and mitigate any issues the clients may face. 

 

Responsibilities


  • Take 30-minute calls with prospects and guide them through our new sales funnel design to make onboarding clients more automated. Including generating service agreements to setting up recurring bills (training will be provided)
  • Source possible clients from Requests for Proposals and write proposals based on these qualifications


  • Work cross-functionally within the company to communicate with all stakeholders in customers' success
  • Ability to visit client sites around Philadelphia when needed 
  • Create and maintain relationships with customers to better understand and achieve their needs
  • Manage all reporting about the health of customers' accounts

Experience: Must have prior experience working with a graphic design and website development agency

Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication; strong attention to detail; proactive, organized, and follows through

Nice to have: Ability to handle administrative tasks when not on calls, such as updating training documents, SEO, blogging, SSM content creation.


Qualifications:

  • Previous account management and client acquisition experience
  • Experience writing proposals
  • Experience working with Requests for Proposals
  • Attention to Detail
  • Articulate and well-accustomed to a client-facing role
  • Organized
  • Willingness and ability to travel

Pay: $18/hour

Hours: Up to 20 hours per week

Location: Remote but must be in Philly for occasional in-person meetings once a week.

Contract: 4-month contract to start
