About the Role:
Creative Quality Construction is seeking a Construction Sales Representative to expand our presence across the DFW area. This is a commission-based role with a weekly stipend to help cover expenses. We’re looking for a proven closer — someone who has thrived in commission-focused sales environments, consistently hitting and exceeding quotas.
You’ll spend your time building relationships, generating opportunities, and gathering detailed project information (photos, videos, measurements, and notes) to pass along to our estimator, who handles pricing and proposals. Once pricing and proposals are ready, you will present to the prospect and close. This role requires regular travel throughout the Dallas–Fort Worth area to meet prospects, attend meetings, and visit job sites.
Compensation & Earning Potential:
- Weekly Stipend: To go toward basic job related expenses such as fuel, phone, etc.
- Commission: High-earning commission structure for both house accounts and outbound/self-generated opportunities with no cap.
- First-Year Income Potential: $75,000–$112,500
- 3 weeks paid vacation annually (Years 1–2, after first 6 months of employment)
- Unlimited vacation from Year 3 with manager approval (based on quota attainment and pipeline health)
- No cap on commissions — your earnings scale with your performance
Expectations & Responsibilities:
This role is about more than just closing single projects — it’s about creating relationships that produce recurring opportunities. You will:
- Consistently source and generate new leads through cold calling, networking, and outreach
- Develop long-term partnerships that drive repeat business, including: Larger general contractors and specialty construction firms where Creative Quality Construction can serve as a subcontractor, Companies selling outdoor enhancements (pool builders, landscape architects, landscape design firms), Real estate agents and insurance agents who need reliable construction partners, Industrial and commercial clients with ongoing facility maintenance needs, Niche Contractors with Specialized project needs
- Build and manage a strong pipeline of residential, commercial, and industrial projects
- Conduct on-site visits, presentations, and estimates with prospective clients and partners
- Maintain a disciplined approach to CRM use, reporting, and pipeline tracking
- Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly revenue targets
- Represent Creative Quality Construction with professionalism, urgency, and integrity

- Detail-Oriented Communicator: Strong written/verbal communication skills with the ability to document projects thoroughly
- Relationship Builder: Skilled at creating trust-based partnerships that generate repeat business
- Self-Motivated Hustler: Confident in generating leads, cold outreach, and closing deals
- Tech-Savvy & Organized: Comfortable using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, etc.) plus CRM tools
- Resilient & Persistent: Handles rejection and keeps pushing forward
- Preferred: Sales experience in construction, roofing, remodeling, or related trades
