Job Description Summary:
The Quality Manager is responsible for overseeing and advancing the company’s quality management programs. This role ensures that products meet established quality standards and that manufacturing processes are continuously optimized for efficiency and effectiveness. The manager will lead efforts to resolve quality issues and customer concerns, develop and implement quality procedures, and drive ongoing improvement initiatives throughout the organization.
Quality Management System Requirements:

Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare and analyze data for Management Review reports
- Oversee Quality Assurance, Quality Control, and Inspection
- Ensure Company adherence to ISO 9001 Standards and Procedures
- Maintain the Quality Management System to ensure procedures, standards, and processes meet ISO standards and customer expectations
- Review customer feedback, complaints, and requirements to ensure products fulfill customer expectations
- Perform internal audits to ensure compliance with the QMS
- Analyze existing production lines to identify problems and implement improvements/cost savings
- Develop future solutions to meet customer demands and expectations
- Perform Root Cause and Corrective Action Analysis to implement short- and long-term corrective actions for customer complaints and internal process issues
Knowledge and Skills:
- Familiarity with quality standards and processes, including compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
- Knowledge of Quality Management Systems
- Strong communication skills to convey information in reports, meetings, and status updates
- Knowledge of the product(s) to perform accurate quality control
- Strong attention to detail
- Analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills to review systems, identify flaws, and develop solutions
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle stress
- Ability to work under deadlines while maintaining quality standards
Certification and Qualification Requirements:
- ISO 9001 training
Physical Demands:
- Must be able to lift up to 35–40 lbs.
Work Environment:
- Office and Factory Floor. Some travel will be required to offsite locations for customers and/or suppliers.
