Creative Outdoor Group of Companies has been a leader in the U.S. outdoor advertising industry since 1983. We’re looking for a reliable, hands-on individual to maintain and service advertising benches throughout an assigned territory in Westchester County, New York.
This is a full-time, year-round position—not seasonal work. If you enjoy working outdoors, using your hands, solving problems, and having a consistent Monday–Friday schedule, this could be a great long-term opportunity.
What You’ll Do
As an Outdoor Advertising Maintenance Technician, you’ll be responsible for keeping advertising benches and furniture sites in your assigned territory clean, safe, functional, and looking their best.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Performing routine service visits and maintenance on advertising benches
- Making repairs and completing general upkeep
- Installing and maintaining advertising signs
- Performing seasonal maintenance at furniture sites
- Picking up litter and keeping sites clean and presentable
- Using a smartphone and tablet to document work and complete service-related tasks
- Safely operating company vehicles and tools
What We’re Looking For
You don’t need extensive experience to succeed in this role. We value reliability, a strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn.

- Is comfortable working outdoors in all types of weather
- Enjoys working with their hands and using basic tools
- Is comfortable lifting up to 100 lbs repeatedly
- Is comfortable using technology, including a smartphone and tablet
- Is dependable, self-motivated, and takes pride in doing quality work
- Can work independently while following safety and service procedures
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license
- Clean driving record (driving record will be verified through the DMV)
- Must be insurable to operate company vehicles
