We are seeking enthusiastic plumber apprentices to join our team!
As one of our plumber apprentices, you will enhance your skills in all aspects of plumbing including diagnostics, repairs, installations, and maintenance.

- Diagnosing both common and uncommon plumbing problems and effectively educating customers on your findings and solution options
- Performing plumbing repairs and installations, including repipes and slab jobs
- Executing plumbing inspections with keen attention to detail
- Responding to plumbing emergencies swiftly and steadily
- Upholding and complying with quality, safety, and regulatory standards at all times
- Fostering and building lasting relationships with customers through outstanding service
- Documenting all quotes, invoices, and work performed with in-depth precision
- Communicating professionally and conscientiously in all customer and team interactions
- Minimum of 1 year of dedicated experience in service plumbing
- A passion for plumbing!
- Skilled at creative problem-solving and critical analysis
- A basic understanding of plumbing systems
- Excellent communication and customer service skills with a focus on active listening
- Eagerness to learn and apply new plumbing techniques and technologies
- Friendly demeanor with a positive go-getter personality
- Self-starter mentality with great time management skills
- Flexibility, adaptability, and reliability in the field
- Adept at working both independently and collaboratively within a team setting and courteously interacting with a variety of personalities
- Basic computer and smartphone skills
- Availability to work Monday-Friday with a mandatory weekend and overnight on-call rotation
- Proficiency in English, including reading, writing, understanding, and speaking
- Ability to perform all necessary physical aspects of the job, including, but not limited to, lifting, moving, pushing, pulling, and carrying at least 60 pounds; standing, kneeling, and crawling for extending periods of time; and working in a variety of environments including exposure to heat, cold, rain, dust, sewage, rodents/pests, small/tight spaces, and heights
- At least 21 years of age (for insurance purposes, unless an exception applies)
- Valid driver's license with a minimum of three years of driving experience and satisfactory driving record
- Capability to pass background check and drug screening
