Job Description:
As a Plumbing Helper, you’ll work alongside experienced plumbers in residential settings, helping with installations, repairs, and system upgrades. This is a hands-on role where you’ll learn the trade from the ground up while supporting the team in delivering high-quality work and great customer experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Assist plumbers with installing and repairing plumbing systems, including water heaters, fixtures, piping, and drainage systems
- Help with equipment upgrades and job site preparation
- Maintain tools, materials, and a clean, organized work environment
- Follow all safety guidelines and company standards
- Work closely with team members to complete jobs efficiently and accurately
- Support a positive customer experience while on-site
Qualifications:
- Some plumbing experience, trade school training, or related hands-on experience preferred
- Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to follow directions and work well in a team environment
- Good communication and a professional attitude
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
