We are seeking a skilled Commercial HVAC Technician with at least 5 years of hands-on experience to join our team as an in-house technician. This role will involve performing routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs across our portfolio of commercial properties.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular HVAC system maintenance and inspections
- Diagnose and repair HVAC issues promptly
- Ensure systems are operating efficiently and safely
- Coordinate with property management on scheduling and reporting
- Provide reliable support as the dedicated in-house technician
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial HVAC service and maintenance
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, troubleshooting, and repair
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple property sites
- EPA certification and relevant licenses preferred
Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
