Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose, install, and repair a wide range of equipment including:
- Commercial refrigeration units (coolers, freezers, ice makers)
- HVAC systems (AC units, heat pumps, ventilation)
- Commercial kitchen equipment (ovens, grills, dishwashers, hoods)
- Conduct thorough inspections of commercial properties to assess equipment condition and performance.
- Perform necessary cleaning, adjustments, repairs, and installations tailored to commercial environments.
- Communicate effectively with clients to explain issues, propose solutions, and ensure satisfaction, especially in complex commercial settings.
- Maintain high standards of safety and customer service.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in HVAC and refrigeration, with at least 1 years specifically in commercial refrigeration and kitchen equipment.
- EPA Certification required.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Authorization to work in the US.
- Fluent in English.
- Physically capable of meeting the job's demands, including lifting and working in various environments.
- Must pass a background check.
- Willingness to participate in on-call rotations.
