About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
Provide clinical oversight of RBTs and behavior technicians, including direct supervision and skill development
Monitor client progress through data review, session observations, and caregiver input
Collaborate closely with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary providers
Ensure compliance with BACB ethical standards and payer documentation requirements
Participate in team meetings, clinic activities, and peer collaboration sessions
Lead and contribute to a culture of learning, support, and continuous improvement
What You Bring to the Team:
Current certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Special Education, or related field
At least 1 year of experience supporting children with ASD or developmental disabilities
Strong skills in data analysis, treatment planning, and behavior analytic decision-making
Commitment to compassionate care, family partnership, and clinical excellence
A sense of humor, flexibility, and passion for the work you do
Preferred (but not required):
Experience in early intervention or clinic-based settings
Familiarity with PEAK, VB-MAPP, or other assessment tools
Bilingual skills
