We are currently looking for a part-time ABA Therapists to implement ABA services as designed and supervised by a Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
The primary responsibilities of an ABA Therapist include:
- Building rapport and communicating effectively with clients and caregivers.
- Implementing all program objectives, current skill acquisition programming, and behavior intervention plan or protocol.
- Collecting and maintaining data as instructed by supervising BCBA/LBA.
- Maintaining cultural sensitivity across diverse clientele.
- Continuously developing understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis and applying information learned in training and during on-site consultations to their work.
- Communicating needs regarding consultation and feedback to BCBA/LBA on all assigned cases.
All Candidates Must Maintain:
- A valid driver's license.
- A current auto insurance policy.
Minimum Qualifications:
- BA or BS degree in a related human service field.
Minimum Physical Requirements:
- Ability to move easily between sitting and standing. Ability to maintain a safe, supportive environment by quickly responding to clients as needed.
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds.
