What are the responsibilities and job description for the Administrative Assistant position at Creative Interventions LLC?
Job description:
Who We Are
At Creative Interventions, every day is filled with growth, laughter, and meaningful moments. We’re an ABA clinic in Windsor, CT that supports children ages 2–6 and their families through compassionate, high-quality care. Our team is collaborative, supportive, and genuinely passionate about what we do. We believe every child deserves the chance to thrive and we’re proud to build a space where families feel welcomed, valued, and empowered.
The Role
We’re looking for a friendly, organized, and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to become the heartbeat of our daily operations. This hybrid role blends remote and in-person work, putting you at the center of staff and client scheduling while keeping the clinic running smoothly behind the scenes. If you love bringing order to busy days and connecting with people, this one’s for you.
What You’ll Do
- Own the schedule — Support the Clinical Director to build and manage weekly staff and client schedules, coordinate coverage, and keep the team informed of any changes before they become surprises
- Keep communication flowing — Track and coordinate employee call-outs and make sure the right people know what’s happening, when it’s happening
- Be a friendly first face — Provide backup front desk support, welcome families, answer phones, and handle general inquiries with warmth and professionalism
- Pitch in where it counts — Support additional administrative and clinic tasks to help the team and our families have the best experience possible
Who You Are
- You have experience in an administrative or office support role (bonus points for healthcare or behavioral health settings!)
- You’ve managed complex schedules before and know how to juggle moving pieces with confidence
- You’re organized, adaptable, and great at keeping multiple priorities in the air without breaking a sweat
- You communicate clearly—whether it’s an email, a phone call, or a quick hallway check-in
- You’re comfortable with office software and digital platforms (we’ll get you up to speed on our tools)
- You can work independently from home and collaboratively in person—you’re great at both
- Above all, you care about making a positive impact on the lives of children and families
- Full-time, Monday through Friday, 7 AM–4 PM
Full Time Monday-Friday 7am-4pm (flexible mornings with remote option)
If you’re organized, people-oriented, and excited about being part of a team that makes a real difference in the lives of children and families—we’d love to meet you!
