Role Description
This is a part-time or full-time hybrid role for an Executive Administrative Assistant at Creative Impact Group in Glencoe, IL. This role involves providing administrative and personal assistant support to Creative Impact Group's President. This includes calling and emailing on the President's behalf for both professional and personal matters, the ability to accurately and efficiently transcribe spoken words into written form (take dictation to draft emails), maintain, format, and update contracts, invoices, and various documents. This is a small working environment/team and candidate must be comfortable working independently and alongside the President and team. Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and projects simultaneously, often requiring quick decision-making and resource allocation is a must. Candidate is expected to be in the office 2 to 3 days a week for the first several weeks to train and will then have the ability to work from home the majority of the time depending on what projects and tasks are being worked on.
Qualifications
- Strong Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills
- Event or hospitality experience is a plus
- Must live within 30 minutes of Glencoe, IL
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Strong clerical skills
- Ability to work both independently and in a team
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
Salary : $19 - $23
