- Evaluate and treat patients as a Speech Language Pathologist in an SNF inpatient and outpatient setting
- Develop and implement individualized Speech Language Pathology treatment plans
- Collaborate with physicians, nursing, and rehab team members
- Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with Medicare and facility standards
- Educate patients and families to maximize functional outcomes and independence
- Active Speech Language Pathology (SLP) license in Florida(or ability to obtain — relocation support available)
- Experience in SNF, inpatient rehab, or outpatient physical therapy preferred(New graduates encouraged to apply — clinical mentoring provided!)
- Strong communication and clinical decision-making skills
