Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate pediatric speech language pathologist to join our team. CF-SLPs and SLPAs will be considered. We primarily work with the birth-to-five population, and specialize in oral motor and feeding, and can provide mentorship and opportunity for growth in those areas.
As a pediatric speech language pathologist with the All Things Communication team, you will play a vital role in helping patients with speech, language, and feeding disorders improve their overall quality of life. This position is based in clinic, and close travel opportunities if desired, where you will work closely with young kids and their families.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments to evaluate speech, language, and feeding disorders
- Develop and implement individualized reports and plan of cares based on patient needs
- Provide therapy to patients with various speech and language disorders
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and ensure effective treatment outcomes
- Educate patients and their families on techniques for improving communication and feeding abilities
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate records
- Stay updated on the latest research and advancements in the field of speech-language pathology
