Position Overview
We are looking for a highly capable, tech-savvy individual to take ownership of our VR and electronics departments. This role combines leadership, advanced technical knowledge, and hands-on execution. You will be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and improving our equipment, as well as ensuring smooth operation during events.

- Oversee and manage all VR systems and electronic equipment
- Set up, configure, and operate VR experiences at events
- Lead troubleshooting and real-time problem-solving during live events
- Maintain, repair, and rebuild hardware including wiring, soldering, and circuit components
- Diagnose and repair game systems, boards, and electronic devices
- Manage inventory, testing, and readiness of all technical equipment
- Improve and optimize current systems (both hardware and software)
- Assist in developing or modifying software and interactive experiences
- Train and guide team members on proper setup and technical procedures
- Strong background in computers, operating systems, and troubleshooting
- Experience with programming (Python, JavaScript, C , or similar)
- Hands-on experience with electronics, including soldering and repairs
- Familiarity with VR systems (setup, calibration, maintenance)
- Ability to independently diagnose and fix both hardware and software issues
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Ability to perform under pressure in live event settings
- Prior experience managing technical systems or teams
- Background in event production, AV, or interactive tech
- Knowledge of networking, embedded systems, or custom builds
- Passion for gaming, VR, and emerging technologies
