Key Responsibilities
- Manage and organize filing systems for easy access and retrieval
- Scan, upload, and maintain accurate records of documents
- Handle paperwork with a high level of accuracy and confidentiality
- Answer and manage incoming phone calls, providing professional and helpful customer support
- Communicate clearly with clients regarding documentation, status updates, and next steps
- Assist with document preparation, including typing, formatting, and editing reports, correspondence, and submissions
- Proofread documents to ensure accuracy, completeness, and professionalism
