- Oversee fixed asset tracking, depreciation, and reporting
- Handle reimbursement management, including documentation and timely submissions
- Support audit preparation and ensure compliance with funding requirements
- Previous experience in non-profit or grant accounting
- Familiarity with accounting software systems
- Strong Excel skills
- Detail-oriented with a collaborative, team-first approach
