- Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivables
- Prepare and post journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial statements.
- Assist with monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing processes.
- Support accounts payable and receivable functions, including invoice processing and payment posting.
- Monitor general ledger activity and ensure compliance with GAAP.
- Prepare financial analyses and assist with variance reporting.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of financial transactions.
- Assist with audits, tax filings, and compliance requirements as needed.
- Collaborate with internal teams to provide financial insights and support.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required.
- 1–3 years of accounting experience (public or corporate environment preferred).
- Strong understanding of GAAP and general accounting principles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with ERP/accounting software preferred.
- Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
