- Lead and oversee the full-cycle Accounts Payable function, including vendor setup, disbursements, employee reimbursements, check requests, 1099 reporting, and month-end close activities.
- Provide strong leadership and direction to a large team of AP processors and supervisors, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance at every step.
- Ensure all AP-related financial deadlines are met for monthly, quarterly, and annual closings.
- Manage team productivity and workflows, enforcing standard operating procedures and identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Deliver effective performance management and coaching, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous development.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with departments, business units, and vendors to drive process enhancements and uphold top-tier customer service.
- Serve as a key point of contact for internal and external audit requests and maintain tax-related compliance.
- Proven experience managing high-volume AP functions in a shared services environment.
- Strong leadership and team development skills with the ability to mentor and motivate.
- Expertise in ERP systems, AP automation tools, and internal controls.

Salary : $80,000 - $100,000
