Creative Digital Imaging Inc. (CDI) is a full service communications company that specializes in providing secure printed and electronic communications for Healthcare, Banking, Insurance industries, but we also provide services to customers in the Municipal, Utility, Energy, and Manufacturing industries. We provide paper and web based document presentment services to the wholesale marketplace, operating as an integrated solutions partner. CDI provides its suite of services to organizations nationwide from its Bangor, Maine facility. As a document presentment company, CDI specializes in information management, data security, document presentment, and mail fulfillment.
Are you someone that likes a fast pace (we are serious it is fast)? We are looking for a hardworking team member to join us as part of our Operations Department. Must work well with a team and contribute to a positive work environment. Must be detail oriented, a quick learner, and punctual. Must possess the ability to take initiative to get things done and yet not willing to just accept that a completed task is "good enough". Tolerance for stress, shifting priorities, with a willingness to learn new tasks and skills is also a must.
This position will work with various manual and programmable equipment, completing different mailing functions. Responsible for processing print jobs that cannot be mechanically inserted. Assisting with inventory and finishing functions, as well as fulfillment, packaging, and shipping. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Excel software is a must. Knowledge of Adobe Suites including InDesign is a plus!
This position requires the successful completion of a background check.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to stand for long periods of time, regular bending, lifting, and reaching involved, pushing and pulling carts and mail cages and lifting 45-50 lbs. regularly throughout shift. Hand and eye coordination and manual dexterity to operate keyboards, handle mail, and other printed output, paper, load and unload printers.

Pay: $19.00 - $23.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 – 45.0 per week
