What are the responsibilities and job description for the Executive Functioning Coach / Community Companion position at Creative Cultivators?
Family is looking for a person to support their adult son with autism after school in the Santa Cruz region.
The client is a fun, outgoing individual in the California Self Determination Program. He loves food, culture, and learning new things.
Primary responsibilities are:
-Transporting around the community
-Keeping him safe in the community
-Helping him be successful in the community and have meaningful experiences
This is a part time position.

HOURS: Monday thru Friday from 2:15 PM to 7 PM.
RATE: DOE
