Our Boston based luxury brand is looking for a Digital Asset Coordinator to conduct an audit on 200 customer sites and ensure all assets reflect current brand standards. You'll communicate with brand partners any items that need to be updatesd an ensure correct standards are communciated and updated. Additional asks may include resizing images and logos per each partner's specifications.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct audit on 200 partner websites to ensure brand standards are consistent.
- Communciate changes needed for websites to brand partners.
- Resize images and logos as needed for websites.
- Collaborate with marketing, creative, and project management teams to clarify asset information, resolve metadata gaps, and ensure brand consistency
Basic Qualifications:
- 2 years of relevant experience in an ecoomerce environment
- Hands on experience with retouching and resizing images on websites.
- Familiarity with common file formats (e.g., JPG, PNG, PSD, MP4, PDF) and their appropriate use across creative workflows
- Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities, with a collaborative and solution-oriented approach
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, learn new systems quickly, and work both independently and as part of a cross-functional team
