Our Greater Boston area agency client is looking for a contract Agency Operations Manager to step in and help streamline agency operations and processes; ideally looking for previous experience from a start up or boutique agency. Ideally, the agency is looking for a consultant to help with streamlining workflows, reducing manual effort, improving cross-system
connectivity, and centralizing the data for better decision-making. Experience with tools such as Basecamp, Kantata, Slack and Jiva required.
Day in the life:
? Evaluate how work flows across the agency and offer recommendations
? Identify inefficiencies, redundancies, and manual bottlenecks across tools and
teams
? Define a more streamlined, scalable operating model for agency operations
? Recommend how to better leverage existing agency tools
? Identify opportunities for automation and integration between systems
? Improve data consistency and create a more centralized, reliable view of
operational and financial performance
Looking for:
? Direct experience working with or consulting for advertising/marketing agencies
? Deep understanding of agency operations, including project-based work,
resourcing, utilization, and billing
? Experience with tools such as Kantata,Jiva, Basecamp and Slack
? Strong knowledge of workflow automation and integration tools (e.g., Zapier,
Make, APIs)
? Experience centralizing operational and financial data for reporting and
forecasting
? Ability to balance strategic thinking with practical, implementable solutions for a
growing agency
