Role Description

The Showroom Sales Designer is a full-time, on-site position located in Nashville, TN. In this role, you will engage with clients to provide tailored design solutions, leveraging your expertise in countertop materials and finishes. Responsibilities include consulting with clients in the showroom, preparing design proposals and quotes, and collaborating with the fabrication and installation teams to ensure project success. You will also maintain product knowledge, manage inventory, and assist in creating an exceptional customer experience.

Qualifications

• Strong ability in customer service, client consultations, and relationship building to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
• Proficiency in design software and tools, alongside familiarity with material selection, color coordination, and space planning.
• Experience in sales, pricing, and preparing accurate project proposals with the ability to coordinate effectively with production teams.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with detail-oriented organizational abilities.
• Knowledge of or experience in home improvement, construction, or interior design industries is highly beneficial.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in design or related fields is a plus.
