What are the responsibilities and job description for the Showroom Sales Support Representative position at Ferguson Enterprises, Inc.?
- Work hand-in-hand with Outside Sales and Showroom Consultants by performing the behind the scenes sales functions that ensure our customer's needs are being met.
- Support the Sales team by ensuring the delivery of personalized customer service through timely quotations and accurate order processing for our Showroom customers and Builders.
- Updating customer contracts, coordinate deliveries with the warehouse, and answer sales calls for general information.
- Ability to effectively use customer relationship management (CRM) system and phone system.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1-3 years of prior sales and/or customer facing service experience is preferred.
- Prior product knowledge of lighting, appliances, hardware and/or plumbing fixtures preferred.
- Exhibit strong skills for sales, including the ability to upsell.
- Proven track record of responding quickly to customer needs and ability to make decisions in a timely manner.
- Ability to react well in a fast-paced environment & follow through on commitments.
- Highly motivated and customer service oriented mentality with ability to build relationships is a plus.
- General digital literacy including Microsoft Office and basic math skills.
- Ability to quickly learn product knowledge and processes.
