Creative Community Living Services (CCLS) is currently in need of a Par Time weekend Overnight Sleep Caregiver for a group home located in Waukesha and Milwaukee Co.

Hours Available:
- Opportunities to pick up shifts (16.00 per hour)
- Paid sleep positions available (10.00 per hour)
Responsibilities:
- Assist residents with personal cares and leisure time activities
- Assist with residents taking prescribed medications
- Follow all DHS and CCLS policies, rules and regulations
- Deliver care as prescribed in each care plan
- Record all activity in the medical record
- Adhere to proper documentation
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or GED.
- Six months of experience in an assisted living facility or experience with direct care in any environment.
- Are able to learn and use care plan computer software
- Acceptable criminal background information disclosure
